At MMJ Canada, we offer an additional service called "signature required" free of charge to ensure the safe delivery of your package. When you choose this option, the postal delivery person will request identification that matches the address or the name on the shipping information before they hand over the package. This extra measure helps to ensure that your package is delivered securely and to the intended recipient.

If you are not at home to receive your package, the postal worker will leave a "pick up" notice card and drop your package off at a local post office. Please take note of the information on the card to see when your parcel will be available for pick up.

*Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, Canada Post temporarily suspended their signature feature. However, they have started resuming their signature-required feature on some mail, but not all.

If you need to pick up your package at the post office, please bring an ID card that matches the shipping address on your parcel.
